Mission-driven, we bring solid project management skills and technical expertise in development, finance, property management, and service coordination, assembling a full range of public and private funding sources to create vital communities. Our housing developments vary in scale and complexity from small rehabilitation projects to large master-planned communities. We work with a diverse group of customers and partners including public housing authorities, resident groups, faith-based organizations, community development corporations, social service providers and universities. We build or renovate all kinds of housing - family rental housing, senior and special needs housing, single room occupancy apartments, and home ownership opportunities for first-time homebuyers.
