Willie Jones, Senior VPNeighborhood Stabilization Program 2 (NSP2)
The Community Builders, Inc. was informed on January 14, 2010 that it was awarded $78,617,631 in funding from the US Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as part of The Neighborhood Stabilization Program Two (NSP2). TCB has hired an NSP2 Grant Manager, attorneys, and accountants to create and implement policies and procedure. TCB is actively soliciting real estate advisors to assist in the acquisition of new property in the states where we were awarded NSP2 funding.
