Community Builders has been developing, financing and managing
affordable and mixed-income housing in urban neighborhoods for
over 40 years. Mission-driven, we bring solid project management
skills and technical expertise in development, finance, property
management, and service coordination, assembling a full range of
public and private funding sources to create vital communities.
Currently, we are building attractive places to live - communities
of choice - in cities throughout the Northeast, Midwest,
Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast.
Our housing developments vary in scale and complexity from small
rehabilitation projects to large master-planned communities. We work
with a diverse group of customers and partners including public
housing authorities, resident groups, faith-based organizations,
community development corporations, social service providers and
universities. We build or renovate all kinds of housing - family
rental housing, senior and special needs housing, single room
occupancy apartments, home ownership opportunities for first-time
homebuyers.
