The Finance Department consists of four full-time staff members, all with expertise in affordable housing finance and financial modeling. Staff have extensive experience with all types of community development finance tools - tax exempt bonds, equity syndication, public housing capital and operating subsidies - allowing innovative combinations of resources to support complex redevelopment efforts.
