Property Management Portfolio

TCB's property management portfolio consists of 104 properties ranging in size from 6 units to communities of over 600 units. It includes properties with subsidy sources and funding via HOPE VI, Section 8, Section 236, LIHTC, Section 202/811, Section 221(d)(3) programs and provides approximately 8,000 households with attractive, safe, and affordable rental housing. We currently manage properties in twelve states: Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Virginia, as well as Washington, DC.
