Owned by Philadelphia Booth Manor, Inc. And developed by the Salvation
Army, Booth Manor is located in West Philadelphia on a campus that
includes a Salvation Army neighborhood service center. This 50 unit
development is subsidized by the HUD 202 and Section 8 programs
for elderly households. TCB has been the management agent since
initial occupancy in September 1998. The site manager works with
Salvation Army staff to identify resources and provide crisis intervention.
