College Highway is a 40-unit development which provides housing for elderly and disabled residents in Easthampton. Construction began in the fall of 1990 and occupancy followed in the summer of 1991. The Community Builders and the Housing Allowance Project are co-sponsors of this HUD 202/8 project, as they are for Southampton Meadows, located three miles away. These two developments are managed together by one crew: Site Manager, Property Superintendent, and Maintenance Assistant. The Community Builders' management and development staff worked closely together on the design and financial planning for this project.
