Mission Springs Housing for the Elderly is a 75-unit 202/8 supportive housing development for the elderly and disabled in Holliston, MA. Extensive construction work was necessary to convert this former seminary building from 28,000 square feet to 65,000 square feet of living space. TCB served as the development consultant from the beginning of construction in 1996. When renovation of the site was completed in July 1997, TCB assumed management responsibilities. Mission Springs' co-sponsor, BayPath Community Health Services, provides a significant portion of the on and off-site health care and other resident services.
