TCB is the development consultant and managing agent for this charming complex located on Valley Street in the Westville section of New Haven at the foot of West Rock. This new 202/8 project has a PRAC contract maintaining affordable rents through a grant from HUD. The construction incorporated an existing wooden house into a new 41-unit, three-story, wooden apartment building. This facility for the elderly is sponsored by West Rock Development Corporation, a very influential group in the West Rock, Westville area.
