Located in Methuen, MA, Nevins Manor is a 44-unit HUD 202/8 supportive housing development for the elderly and disabled. The owner, the Henry C. Nevins Corporation, Inc., hired TCB to be both the development consultant and management agent for this property. From 1996 to June 1997, Nevins Manor was converted from a nursing home to an apartment building with community rooms decorated to resemble their original Victorian style. In June 1997, TCB assumed management responsibilities for this site. Merrimack Valley Elder Services provides health care and other living services for this development's residents.
