2011 TCB Landscaping Competition

BOSTON, MA - August 17, 2011: On August 17, 2011, TCB's Property Management department announced the winners of the annual TCB Landscaping Competition. Over 30 TCB communities from six states participated in the competition in the categories of Elderly and Family housing.

The winning properties were selected by TCB employees. Plantation Apartments in Stow, Massachusetts was awarded first place in the Elderly category and Lake Street Terrace in Chatham, Massachusetts was awarded first place in the Family category.

TCB's Vice President of Housing & Operations, Dan Lorraine, was pleased to recognize the beautification efforts at these exceptional TCB communities. "When you have an organization staffed with hard working and dedicated folks, who take complete ownership of their sites, it’s amazing the good things they can make happen. The curb appeal factor is just one of them that we are all very proud of!"
